The trainer has deep experience and knowledge in Yoga philosophy, science and practice. In addition to RYT® from Yoga alliance , he has a Masters degree in Yoga and Naturopathy (from Tamilnadu Sports university) and he is a certified trainer from Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala (first Yoga research institute) and Andiappan Yoga , chennai. He is a Transcendental meditation practitioner and constantly keeps learning both Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga traditions
